Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to the fragile and heavy nature of our products, they are shipped USPS Priority Flat-Rate, which is the most cost-effective shipping option. Orders of 1-6 jars will be shipped in a medium flat-rate box. Orders of 7-8 jars will be shipped in a large flat-rate box. As jars are added to the order, the shipping cost will increase. The high price of shipping our products unfortunately means that we are not able to offer free shipping. We strive to offset the cost of shipping by covering part of the cost ourselves.
Estimated shipping time for all orders is 2-3 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@fidosbonebroth.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
$5 flat-rate, local delivery is available for all orders. We will contact you via email or text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. If your order contains frozen broths, we will contact you to coordinate a delivery time when you will be home or will be able to leave a cooler at your doorstep. We are not responsible for frozen broths melting.
